convenient location next to waterbus stop, easily accessible from train station, proximity to Rialto Bridge
Lack of a coffee preparation area in the room!!! Noise disturbances from the boat station are quite bothersome, especially with poorly ventilated rooms!!! Room storage space and desk tables could use significant improvements!!!

My family and I enjoyed a beautiful two-night stay! The location was fantastic, just a short block from the main street, and we loved being right on the canal. The sounds of the boats were delightful, creating such a unique atmosphere during our visit.

The exceptional view of the canal from our window was a highlight, providing a picturesque backdrop to our stay. The location near the waterbus station made it incredibly easy to explore major attractions and enjoy local restaurants. However, the room felt a bit cramped, and the lack of a coffee preparation area was inconvenient. Some noise from nearby boats was also noticeable at times, which could disrupt the quiet ambiance one would expect.

Got to mention a few things. The room was on the small side for four people, which might be claustrophobic for longer stays. Noise seeped in from outside, particularly from boats passing late at night, which could be bothersome for light sleepers.

We had an awesome trip with friends! The room was comfy, and the air conditioning was perfect for the hot weather. It's within walking distance to the major sights, and we really enjoyed checking out Murano and Burano. The staff was friendly and gave us great tips on where to eat and explore!
However, it was a bit of a hassle that there was no reception on site. We had trouble getting in due to the code system, which was not very convenient for us.

Charming Stay with Room for Improvement
Our family enjoyed a lovely two-night stay. The room was clean, and its proximity to the waterbus station made exploring Venice easy. However, the noise at night was noticeable. A tip, bring a portable kettle for coffee, as the room lacks one. Overall, a delightful experience!

We had a lovely two-night stay in the Quadruple Room. The room had charming canal views, which made mornings special. It was clean and spacious enough for our family. The location was super convenient, just a short walk from the Vaporetto station. The only hiccup was some noticeable noise at night from passing boats, which could be a bit bothersome for light sleepers. A portable kettle would’ve been a nice touch for coffee too!
